Key Responsibilities:

• Showroom Management: Oversee the daily operations of the automobile showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Counter Sales: Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
• Enquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries promptly and follow up with potential leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• DMS Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Company Liaison: Coordinate with company executives and representatives to ensure compliance with corporate policies and objectives.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom traffic and conversion rates.

Required Skills:

• Automobile Industry Experience: In-depth knowledge of automobile products and services.
• Showroom Management: Proven ability to manage a showroom efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• DMS Proficiency: Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems and reporting tools.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales or showroom management.
