Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager in Information Technology (IT) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, implementing technology solutions, and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations within our hospitality environment. The Assistant Manager, IT will collaborate with various departments to identify technology needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including but not limited to network infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.

2.Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

3.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including guests and staff, for hardware, software, and network issues.

4.Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

5.Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.

6.Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption based on the organization’s needs and budget.

7.Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, overseeing service level agreements, and ensuring quality of service delivery.

8.Monitor and maintain network security, including implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.

9.Develop and conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.

10.Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for reference and auditing purposes.
