Job Description

Location: Agra, Meerut, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Patna, Muzaffarpur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Identify potential markets, build sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
  2. Team Management:
    • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and organize training sessions as required.
  3. Communication & Coordination:
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
    • Prepare reports and presentations (MIS, PPT) to share with senior management.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Foster long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  5. Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  6. Problem-Solving & Customer Support:
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales strategy development and execution skills.
  • Team handling experience with proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MIS/Reporting and PPT preparation.
