Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and initiate outbound calls to introduce the company’s products and services.
2. Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the products offered to answer questions and handle customer inquiries confidently.
3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by setting up appointments with interested prospects and following up on leads generated.
4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage long-term partnerships.
5. Achieve Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Record Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and updates in the CRM system.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help the company improve its products and services.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle customer rejections politely.
