In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure customer queries are handled effectively with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functions.
- Demonstrate sales acumen by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while supporting customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and manage their cases efficiently using CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (Versant Level 5 required)
- Strong technical knowledge and interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Sales acumen to promote product features and services.
- A customer service mindset to handle queries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24*7 support) as per company requirements.
