Location: Bareilly
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

We are looking for a Technical Communication Trainer to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to present effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on technical communication skills, including writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication in a professional context.
  • Develop and design training modules tailored to the specific needs of students or employees.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to improve the technical writing and presentation skills of participants.
  • Assess students’ communication proficiency and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and department heads to ensure consistent training standards.
  • Prepare students for client-facing roles, focusing on clarity and professionalism in communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MA in English or related field.
  • Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
  • Presentable and confident in delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver them clearly.
