Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management:
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
- Inventory Control:
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods with proper documentation.
- Dispatch Operations:
- Oversee product dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch processes.
- Excel Reporting:
- Maintain and update inventory reports using Excel.
- Track sales, stock movement, and other store operations data in spreadsheets.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
