As a Store Incharge in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities within the store or warehouse facility. Your role involves ensuring efficient operations, inventory management, and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound operations. Additionally, you will enforce safety and security protocols, monitor inventory accuracy, and implement measures to optimize storage space and logistics flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to fulfill customer orders and maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and handle receipt, storage, and issuance of products.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee warehouse organization and layout optimization to enhance efficiency and accessibility of goods.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to storage and handling of FMCG products.
