We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital strategies that drive engagement and increase brand visibility across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels, ensuring it is on-brand and optimized for each platform.
• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s social media presence is innovative and effective.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and digital strategy development.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content (graphics, videos, etc.).
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
