Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil Engineering) / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with labor and manage the workforce effectively.
• Generate material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Regularly check and monitor the progress and quality of work at the site.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the team and stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong team-working and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in technical skills related to civil engineering.
• Ability to manage labor efficiently.
