Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Training & Development: Organize and oversee employee training programs, ensuring skill enhancement and career development across all departments.
- Payroll Management: Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments while handling queries related to salaries and benefits.
- Performance Appraisal: Design and manage the performance appraisal system, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations for employee growth.
- Employee Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between staff and management, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Training & Development.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in payroll and appraisal management.
