We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Captain to join our hospitality team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong skills in customer service, team collaboration, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Team Work: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Order Delivery: Oversee the accurate taking and timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Payment Processing: Handle billing procedures efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Time Management: Coordinate and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
- Training and Mentoring: Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all service areas comply with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using payment processing systems.
