As a Regional Sales Manager in the plywood and laminate industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within your designated region. You will work closely with the sales team, distributors, and customers to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and ensuring customer satisfaction to contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
    • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers in the region.
    • Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the region.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and increase brand awareness.
  5. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress against targets.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
