Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Publishing Consultant to join our team in Bareilly. As a Publishing Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding authors, understanding their publishing needs, and helping them bring their books to life. You will be the main point of contact for authors throughout the publishing process, offering guidance, support, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Author Consultation: Connect with prospective authors to understand their publishing goals and offer them guidance on the publishing process.
  2. Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with authors, addressing their questions, providing clarity on publishing options, and ensuring they feel supported at every step.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with in-house teams (design, editing, printing) to ensure that projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
  4. Sales and Promotion: Provide authors with details on additional services (marketing, promotions, etc.) to enhance the success of their book.
  5. Lead Management: Follow up on leads, and identify potential clients who would benefit from our publishing services.
  6. Customer Support: Act as a key resource for any author queries, offering timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to engage with clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to resolve any concerns authors may have during the publishing process.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
