Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated and experienced PTE (Pearson Test of English) Trainer for our immigration services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in teaching English, and the ability to guide students towards achieving high scores in the PTE exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PTE Training Sessions: Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions, focusing on the four modules: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor individual student performance, provide feedback, and develop personalized improvement plans.
- Mock Tests & Assessments: Conduct regular mock tests to simulate exam conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course content, study material, and practice tests in alignment with PTE requirements.
- Doubt Resolution: Address students’ doubts and queries, providing tips and strategies to help them excel in the exam.
- Communication & Counseling: Motivate students by sharing success strategies and offering counseling to overcome their challenges.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest PTE guidelines, scoring patterns, and test structure.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Previous experience as an English teacher or trainer.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage students and their learning goals.
- Ability to create and deliver training programs effectively.
- Proficiency in evaluating students’ skills and providing constructive feedback.
