Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PDP (Personality Development Program) Trainer to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in soft skills training. The trainer should be presentable, well-groomed, and capable of engaging learners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Sessions:
- Deliver engaging and interactive personality development sessions.
- Focus on enhancing communication skills, confidence, and overall personality of the trainees.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop training modules and materials tailored to the needs of the trainees.
- Continuously update the content to align with industry standards and trends.
- Assess and Evaluate:
- Monitor and assess the progress of trainees through assessments, feedback, and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help trainees improve.
- Soft Skills Training:
- Train students in essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
- Language Training:
- Enhance trainees’ proficiency in English, focusing on speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Mentorship and Support:
- Offer mentorship and support to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development and soft skills training.
- Implement new techniques and tools to enhance the training experience.
