Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain and update the company’s Management Information System (MIS) with accurate and timely data.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Support Operations: Assist the manufacturing team by providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Validation: Ensure data integrity by regularly verifying the accuracy and consistency of reports and data entries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to the existing MIS.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
