Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds in a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Management: Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore and learn.
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of young children, focusing on foundational skills like literacy, numeracy, and social development.
- Activity Coordination: Organize and supervise creative activities, games, and projects that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Student Assessment: Observe and evaluate each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, updating them regularly on their child’s progress and any areas of concern.
- Classroom Environment: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and equipped with age-appropriate learning materials.
- Behavioral Guidance: Guide children in developing social skills and positive behavior, promoting respect and cooperation among peers.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
