Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with HR policies, and training and development. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet company staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
- Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s HR policies are up to date and in compliance with local labor laws.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all employees.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and records.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize internal and external training programs for employee development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Other Duties:
- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve company policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Proficient in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
