Key Responsibilities:

- Training & Development: Organize and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Employee Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment to retain top talent.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and maintain proper employee records.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances, performance evaluations, and other HR-related matters.
