Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill healthcare roles.
  2. Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, benefits, and incentives in line with company policies.
  3. Training & Development: Organize and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
  4. Employee Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment to retain top talent.
  5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and maintain proper employee records.
  6. Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances, performance evaluations, and other HR-related matters.
