Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and ensuring workplace harmony.
- HR Policies and Compliance
- Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure company policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Training and Development
- Organize and coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
- Monitor the progress of employees and recommend developmental plans.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial rounds.
- Manage onboarding procedures to ensure new hires settle in smoothly.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates of HR databases.
- Handle payroll-related documentation and leave management.
- Communication and Engagement
- Coordinate team-building activities to improve employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to communicate changes and updates.
