Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, with proficiency in software such as CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency and high-quality output. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality visual content for advertising campaigns, including but not limited to print ads, digital ads, social media posts, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with client briefs and project goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to refine ideas and ensure the designs meet the required standards.
• Produce video content, including editing and animation, for digital marketing purposes.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and the overall brand aesthetic.
• Work on revisions and incorporate feedback from clients or senior designers to improve designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the designs are fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
• Must be based in Bareilly or willing to relocate.
