Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in export management, supply chain processes, and international shipment handling. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing excellent customer service to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the export process from order to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to streamline the supply chain process.
• Handle documentation related to export, including customs clearance, shipping documents, and export licenses.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.
• Manage international shipments, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to enhance export operations.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as production and sales, to ensure alignment with export goals.
• Develop strategies to expand the company’s global presence and increase export sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export management or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and international shipment procedures.
• Thorough understanding of export compliance and international trade regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
