English Trainer
Job Description
Location: Bareilly
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct English Training Sessions: Lead regular classroom or online training sessions to improve students’ spoken and written English skills.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course content, activities, and lesson plans based on student needs and language proficiency levels.
- Assess Student Progress: Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on students’ performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop Communication Skills: Focus on enhancing students’ grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence in using English in daily life and professional settings.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment, ensuring all students are actively participating.
- Prepare Reports: Create student progress reports and communicate updates to management and parents (if applicable).
- Use Technology: Incorporate digital tools and resources, such as language learning apps or online platforms, to enhance learning experiences.
- Presentable and Professional: Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while delivering training, ensuring that students are comfortable and receptive to learning.
Required Skills:
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Strong technical skills for online training and use of language learning platforms
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students

- M.A. in English
