Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Versant Level 4)
- Proficient in Kannada
CTC: Up to ₹23,500 per month
Quarterly Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or senior team when necessary.
- Follow-up:
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved within the stipulated timelines.
- Maintain a positive and consistent relationship with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Log and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes and service quality.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills.
- Targets and Quality Standards:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
