Job Description

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Versant Level 4)
  • Proficient in Kannada

CTC: Up to ₹23,500 per month
Quarterly Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Mode: Work from Office


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  2. Problem Resolution:
    • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
    • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or senior team when necessary.
  3. Follow-up:
    • Ensure customer concerns are resolved within the stipulated timelines.
    • Maintain a positive and consistent relationship with customers through regular follow-ups.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Log and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes and service quality.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills.
  6. Targets and Quality Standards:
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
