Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Voice Process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and seamless customer service experience. If you are passionate about helping others and have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve customer service standards.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers are welcome, prior experience in customer support will be an advantage.
