Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in the laminate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts to promote customer retention and growth. This role requires strong knowledge of Excel and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing queries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels, actively work on feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling laminate products.
- Excel Reporting: Use Excel to prepare and analyze data related to customer interactions, sales trends, and service quality metrics.
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support business insights and decision-making.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to support the company’s customer satisfaction and service improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer relationship management, client servicing, or sales support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Effective client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and client dealing.
- Availability: Full-time position based in Budaun.
