Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales and after-sales processes.
- Use Excel and other tools to analyze customer data and trends to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in coordinating sales and marketing activities to maximize customer engagement.
