We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journey, providing them with the necessary support and resources to make informed decisions. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, following up with prospective students, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the counseling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inquiries: Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about courses, programs, and admissions.
• Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospective students to address their questions and concerns, and encourage them to enroll in programs.
• Calling Experience: Make outbound calls to potential students, providing information and guidance on educational options.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with students and parents, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and counseling sessions in the database.
• Basic Computer Skills: Utilize computer software for data entry, research, and communication purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
