Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator with a strong understanding of Advanced Excel to join our team in Bareilly. This position involves working with data entry, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and manage large volumes of data using Advanced Excel.
- Spreadsheet Maintenance: Create, modify, and update Excel sheets with formulas, functions, and data analysis.
- Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the team.
- Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular checks.
- File Management: Organize and manage digital records and maintain proper documentation.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other basic office duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel: Knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting/filtering, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
