Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

CTC: Up to ₹30,000/- per month
Working Days: 6 Days a week (Rotational Shifts – 24/7)
Off: 1 Rotational Off

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat. You will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Update customer information in the system after each interaction.
  • Ensure adherence to chat response time and quality standards.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest product and service information to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and report issues that require additional support.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Excellent command of the English language (Versant Level 5 or equivalent).
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7) with one rotational day off.
