We are seeking a Billing Operator to join our team in the laminate industry. If you’re detail-oriented, skilled with Busy software, and proficient in Excel, this opportunity is for you!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Billing Operations: Generate accurate invoices and maintain billing records.
  • Data Management: Keep client records updated in billing systems.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile invoices with payments and create regular billing reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customer billing queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordination: Work with accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

  • Busy software proficiency is a must.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage billing tasks independently.
