Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Billing Operator to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of billing processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong knowledge of Tally and Excel. You will be responsible for managing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate accurate bills and invoices for customers.
• Maintain financial records in Tally and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Perform data entry and maintain billing reports in Excel.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and report generation.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus.
