Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as ATM Custodians for locations across Mumbai and Gujarat. As an ATM Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cash flow and security of ATMs while ensuring efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- ATM Replenishment:
- Refill ATMs with cash as per the schedule and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- ATM Maintenance:
- Perform routine checks to ensure ATMs are functioning properly.
- Report any technical or operational issues to the service team.
- Security & Safety:
- Follow all security protocols during cash loading and unloading procedures.
- Ensure the ATM premises are safe and free from any tampering or suspicious activity.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain logs of cash deposited, withdrawn, and ATM servicing details.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and accurate.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to ATM-related queries or issues from customers when on-site.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and industry standards for cash handling and ATM operations.
- Comply with all safety and security regulations while on duty.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Age limit: 18-45 years.
- Willingness to travel between locations in Mumbai and Gujarat.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and ATM operation (training will be provided).
