Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our hospitality operation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1.Office Management:
Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and clerical workers.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and facility maintenance.
Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures.
2.Human Resources :
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training administrative personnel.
Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel records.
3.Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
Review and approve expenses, invoices, and payroll.
Generate financial reports and provide analysis as needed.
4.Customer Service:
Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate special events and VIP services as requested.
5.Project Management:
Lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
6.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
