Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and must be proficient in accounting practices, including GST, TDS, and filing. A solid understanding of Busy Software, basic accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel skills is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations and filings.
• Maintain and update financial records using Busy Software.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and financial reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness in all financial documentation.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Busy Software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax filings.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a must.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, etc.).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
