Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team in Noida. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls in English and Hindi, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Providing information to customers about products/services, resolving product-related issues, and handling complaints.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Hindi (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 18,000 INR per month, depending on experience and skills.
