Key Responsibilities:
- Tally Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain records using Tally software.
- GST Compliance: Handle GST filing, returns, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Basic Accounting: Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and manage general ledger entries.
- Excel Management: Use MS Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data.
- Expense Monitoring: Track company expenses, income, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with vendors/clients for account-related queries.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Tally and GST processes.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel for financial data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
