Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and drive sales within the manufacturing industry across key locations including Agra, Meerut, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Patna, and Muzaffarpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing MIS and preparing impactful presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- MIS and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.
- Use data analysis to provide insights and optimize sales performance.
- Presentation and Communication
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
