Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development:
- Create architectural designs and layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Translate client requirements into detailed and functional designs aligned with real estate project needs.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Client Management:
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions accordingly.
- Present design concepts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare, manage, and review all necessary architectural documents, drawings, and reports.
- Use MS Office suite to maintain project timelines, status reports, and other records.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a small team of junior architects and designers.
- Provide guidance and foster collaboration within the team to achieve project goals.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
- Communication and Problem-Solving:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues during the design or construction phases.
- Offer innovative solutions to overcome design challenges.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office Suite
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client interaction, and leadership abilities
- Team Management: Ability to mentor and coordinate with team members effectively
