Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented AutoCAD/Draftsman to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design tools, with experience in creating technical drawings and design layouts. The candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, managing tasks efficiently, and communicating effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drawings: Create and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
2. Design Support: Assist in designing layouts and blueprints for architectural, interior, or engineering projects.
3. Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Photoshop to enhance visual presentations and MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment on designs.
5. Team Management: Lead and guide junior team members when required to meet project timelines and quality standards.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of drafts, drawings, and revisions.
7. Communication: Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
8. Problem Solving: Identify design issues and recommend practical solutions.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with team members effectively.
