Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Publishing Consultant to join our team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a passion for the book publishing industry. Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist authors in understanding the publishing process and guide them through various options available.
  • Communicate with clients (authors, editors, and other stakeholders) to understand their publishing needs and expectations.
  • Provide detailed information about our publishing services, packages, and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between authors and our internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-publishing support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective consulting and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authors to encourage future collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Enthusiasm for books and the publishing industry.
