Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced PTE Trainer to join our immigration consultancy in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to students preparing for the PTE (Pearson Test of English). As a PTE Trainer, you will play a key role in enhancing students’ English language proficiency, ensuring they achieve their desired scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on all modules of the PTE exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ needs and learning styles.
• Evaluate students’ performance through mock tests and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest PTE exam patterns, techniques, and strategies.
• Assist students in building confidence and improving their communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
• Maintain detailed student progress records and provide reports when necessary.
• Organize and manage batch timings, ensuring timely completion of the syllabus.
• Address individual student queries and offer additional support when needed.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that promotes engagement and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTE Trainer or as an English Teacher.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of the PTE exam structure and scoring criteria.
• Ability to motivate students and improve their language skills effectively.
• Proficient in managing multiple students and providing individual attention as needed.
• Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed in their immigration journey.
