Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive personality development training sessions for students and professionals.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs focusing on soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and confidence building.
• Assist in creating personalized learning plans for students to improve their personal and professional development.
• Conduct workshops on various topics such as public speaking, interview preparation, presentation skills, and grooming.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and personality development training.
• Maintain an approachable and motivating atmosphere to inspire learners.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the learning experience and ensure the achievement of training objectives.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over the English language (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in soft skills training and conducting personality development programs.
• Presentable and well-groomed personality.
