We are seeking a Telecaller to join our manufacturing company in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a presentable demeanor. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, building positive relationships with clients, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from potential and existing customers
- Provide detailed information about company products and services
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate call records and update the customer database
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with clients
- Assist in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and convert prospects
- Uphold company standards of communication and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for call logging and data entry
