Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, tax calculations, and compliance with legal requirements.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with company objectives.
- Joining & Exit Formalities: Handle all joining and exit formalities, including document collection, orientation, and exit interviews to ensure smooth transitions.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support for professional development and growth.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments to organize training programs for employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management, HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
