Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our educational institution in Badaun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all front desk activities, including handling inquiries, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer service experience for students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handling administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Providing information about the institution’s programs and services.
- Resolving queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
