As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns through various communication channels. Your role will involve providing prompt, efficient, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with other teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher levels when necessary.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer support knowledge base and FAQ sections to assist customers in finding solutions independently.
- Report Generation: Generate and analyze support reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall customer satisfaction levels.
