Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language, with specific expertise in preparing students for the IELTS exam. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to help students improve their English language skills and achieve their desired scores on the IELTS exam.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students.

2.Provide instruction in all areas of the IELTS exam, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Assess students’ language skills and progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments.

3.Offer constructive feedback and support to help students overcome weaknesses and improve their performance.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.

4.Keep abreast of changes to the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria, and incorporate relevant updates into lesson plans.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

5.Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians as needed.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in language instruction.
6.Contribute to the overall success of the language program by actively participating in staff meetings, curriculum development, and other departmental initiatives.
