HR MANAGER
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Develop and administer employee surveys to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for career development and training to support employee growth.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers.
- Work with leadership to establish performance goals and metrics.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for skills development and create training plans.

- Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage payroll and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
