Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and administer employee surveys to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for career development and training to support employee growth.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers.
  • Work with leadership to establish performance goals and metrics.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify areas for skills development and create training plans.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage payroll and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
